7. Client Projects

For development projects we undertake:

  • Intellectual property rights to deliverables are defined in the contract specific to each project
  • Timelines and specifications are mutually agreed upon before the start of the project
  • Payment is due in accordance with the terms of the accepted quote
  • We reserve the right to mention the project in our portfolio, unless otherwise agreed

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Boster Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us for the relevant services.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Site and our services available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or updates.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of these changes.
